2)Desi crowd bagutundhi which is goos for growth and fun .

3)Restaurants indian vi baguntai.

4)Tax free state

5)new Houses manchivi takkvu rate ki vasati.

6)Apt cost kuda parledhu when compared to east coast.

8)3 hrs drive to Houston, Austin, San Antonio.

9)No traffic problems

10/)2 best outlet malls..

 

Couple of points i dont like in Dallas:

 

Not much happening city or places to see.

Seperated to other parts of us..
