Krishnap Posted January 7, 2014 Report Posted January 7, 2014 Came to US in Dec 2010, completed masters (business courses) in Dec 2012, H1b approved in April 2013, Worked on OPT till Sept 2013, went to India for family emergencies. Naa paata employer gadu hand ichadu and I cannot come on h1b. H1b ki try chestunna india nuchi, but no luck yet......backup ga...i want to know if I can apply to another University and come on F1 visa, that is valid till Nov 2015 or should I go for new F1 stamping ????

Krishnap Posted January 7, 2014 Author Report Posted January 7, 2014 sept lo urgent ga india ki poya....told employer ki i ll return in october....he said ok......malli.....when i wanted to return ....job contract ledu ani cheppadu.... dec lo h1 revoke chesadu.....stuck in india.....h1 transfers kossam chustunna....but no luck till now....... anduke f1 meeda vaddamanukuntunna....

pinky123 Posted January 7, 2014 Report Posted January 7, 2014 AFAIK...h1 okka sari revoke ayaka transfer ane concept undadu... inka evvrina employer unte malli as usual h1 apply cheyali kani you will not fall in quote system now and you can apply h1 whenever you want f1 meeda ravali ante you have to go for stamping again endukante h1 approve ayinappudu your old f1 would have been revoked automatically.. anyways CITI#H@
