Feb lo parliament sessions lo introduce chesina kuda its very hard for both cong and bjp to come to an agreement because there are more vital bills in line, budget is there, railway budget is there. Budget needs 3 days, Railway budget needs 2 days of discussion. so in 10 days, 5 days are gone. Moreover assembly lo disco jaragatledhu.. jaragakunda parliament lo opposition bill ki favor ga vote veyyatam ippati varaki jaragaledhu. this is one thing. Secondly, TG bill approve aipothe parliament lo incase, it will take 2 more weeks to finalize the bill and send it to President. The president may take due time, lets say another 3 or 4 days to go through it and release a notification for state bifurcation. and, A state can be bifurcated only after 3 months of notification release. i.e. May. but EC is gearing up for elections in mid april and Election notification will be released in march or feb end. In that case, TG is a myth.
