Opt Weeird Situation

Oka priend situation idi.

 

first master completed - applied OPT, not granted after waiting 6 months, 

 

applied MTR - waited 6 months more, no update, old sevis id is terminated.

 

joined second master - new sevis id generated, finished 2 sems.

 

now OPT for first masters approved, card went into production.

 

 

Question is - where mistake happend? what to do now?

 

 

OPT will come for 1 month.

same thing happened for 1 of my frnd. useful for nothing.

me frnd sevis tranfer chesina ventaney, OPT with drawal kuda pampalsindi.

uscis ki call chesi 2nd term school fee katipichamanu ... just kidding .. but lawyer fee ga yevadana case tesukunte worth yemo ?

man I believe first opt valid kaadu man, becoz his sevis is already terminated, ipudu matter entante 2nd masters chestoo opt file cheyyaali, and also he has to make sure that the first opt (even though its invalid as per me) had been cancelled, his first school dso can do it. also he was in adjustment of status so far, so athaniki legal issues emee undakoodadu.

OPT revoke cheyyalem and 2nd time masters meeda malli OPT apply cheyyaledu.

 

Malli PHD chesthe tappithe OPT apply cheyyadam kashtam.

 

 

2 years back konni consequences valla OPT revoke cheddam ani DSO ni kalisina, adi cheppindhi you cannot revoke your OPT and you have to do PHD to reapply again ani.
