step 6. they will apply for labor(perm). 2months-2years. no premium processing. audit padakapothey 2months-9months. audit padithey no time limit.

step 7. perm approval. attorneys will contact you for any documentation if required. they will ask u to sign few docs

step 8. i140 approved.
