Konni univs for profit ani H1's and extensions queries vesi deny chestunnar kada...

 

kontha mandi janali fresh H1 regular quota lo vere employer tho apply chesi then continue with that antunnaru kada... uscis vallaki fresh ga malli H1 cheste vallaki telustundhi kada we already have a valid H1 ani ?? 

 

and one more question.... lets say H1 extension time ki if we have our I-140 approved then I-140 base meda extensions apply chestama leka 6 years avvaled kabatti old H1 base mede apply chestama ??? if I-140 base meda cheste then will uscis still reject saying its previously in masters quota so malli query antara ???

General quota lo neeku masters ki sambandam ledu so u will get approval...

Irrespective of new h1b or extension ...u r not using school name...so h1b approval vastundi...

Nee h1b span 6 years ...so for 6 years you should be good...

Nee i140 approved or not it doesnt matter u can continue on h1b for 6 years span...

Incase nee h1b 6 years complete ayyipothe and ur i140 approved ur h1b is extended for 3 more years basing on i140 approval or 1 year basing on ur i140 application filed 364 days back..

irrespective kadhu mama... first H1 approve ipothe they are denying extensions as by mistake initial ga approve chesam but masters kindaki radhu so intial ga ne tappu chesam ani deny chestunnaru.....

 

to not face that situation in future, i m thinking to apply for h1 again this year in regular quota and if approved then dantho continue avdam ani.... and rendo question yetante lets say na prastutam vunna h1 expension ki vache lope if i get I-140 approved then can i use it for extension ?

So nuvvu cap exempt 85000 category loki raavu... I mean u cannot apply gor very new h1b right?

So even u apply for extension u can apply in general quota right?

I140 use chesukovachu...but u should be with same employer for 6 months or so after 140 approval date.....and ur new h1b sponsored from same employer...

Contact ur company hr and attorney for more on that i140 rules and clauses...
