Uscis Message - Urgent

My friend got thess message for Previous Employer Case Number. It was Approved back in JAN-2012
But He Quit that company in 2013 June and looks like he got this message now..

Does this mean Old Employer Filed for Revoke??? Is this common when old employer applies for H1B Revoke????

Avunu vayya old employer case number ey status marindi. Last week oka msg came ata case reopened ani. Eeroju revoked. He has new H1B valid with new employer.
