This is exactly why Indian federalism is a joke... oka state formation ki intha sepu discussions cheskuntunnaru.. what is it now, almost 5 yrs? Any state that looks upto centre to solve its regional dispute has already lost even the little bit of autonomy it has. Just divide it already.. and get on with it.
