With a star like him, it is mandatory to make a commercial entertainer and not offbeat flicks, this is the talk coming from Mahesh fans. Sukumar used his psychology and made ‘1-Nenokkadine’ and it has got a bad talk. Many years ago, a film called ‘Naani’ came which showed Mahesh as mentally handicapped child and that became a dud. Later, it was Teja who made ‘Nijam’ with Mahesh and showed him in a different character, even that flunked. Fans are crying and desperately pleading that with a star like Mahesh only proper commercial entertainers showing him in different appearance should be made and experiments must not be tried on him. The fact that Charan’s movie ‘Yevadu’ worked and Mahesh’s film didn’t during festival season has become a hard pill to digest for Mahesh fans.
