Thumb rule is 

 

on or B4 14th day we have to post it...means it should be at least be with USPS

 

and the Start day is when ATT posted not when we receive..

 

even on the day 14 we can return it

my concern is 14 day return policy expires today

14 day return policy is different and warranty is different u r phone is covered under warranty
14 day return policy is when u don't like iPhone and want to get Samsung instead :)
