oka employer client letter lekunda h4 to h1 cheyyanu antunnadu na wife  ki..so nenu naa comapny letterhead meedha aa matter print chesi naa desk number idham anukuntunnanu...emaina issues avuthaya???

PS: nenu chaala mandhi employers ni kanukunnanu...no one is doing h4 to h1 without client letter

Mr X , Family name lets say "AFDB".. he has a client letter mentioned only with Family name.. never used his own name... then he used the same letter to his brohter and got H1 stamped.  Not sure if u can use same technique to Females also..

Nobody can advise you on this except yourself....question is is it worth the risk.....and be warranted if caught what sort of trauma u'll have to go through.....query paddaka proj aipothene most employers dont rspond with that client or infact attorneys dont encourage at all......i know if they get approval fine...okavela addam tirigithe be ready to face it...
