Americans are moving a way from family structure ..and started living independently and reluctant to give birth to kids

So american Govt. Encouraging citizens with lot perks to have kids

American Counter part asked PV ...why such a poor country like india is really investing in manufacturing cars  rather why don't you buy from USA which will be much cheaper also?

PV Replied by saying ..your 100% right may be we are doing wrong

BTW  why you r forcing / encouraging ur citizens for kids
