1) SQL >  create user learnitscenarios identified by learnitscenarios;

 

user created successfully in this step

 

next give the permissions to the user

2) SQL > grant resource,connect to learnitscenarios;

 

 

Another shortest way is (second approach)

 

3) SQL >   grant resource,connect to learnitscenarios identified by learnitscenarios;

 

in second approach, in single statement two operations will come.
