kingmakers Posted March 30, 2010 Report Posted March 30, 2010 It is well known how the Vuma private limited (Vuma funance, resorts, Vuma Maheswara Finvest Ltd etc) based in Vijayawada has cheated depositors to the tune of 80 crores.The head of Vuma is Kanduru Umamaheswarudu who is a close relative of actor Tanikella Bharani.Tanikella Bharani also has 15% share in the company. Now the police investigations from Vijayawada reveal that Kanduru Umamaheswarudu transferred all that ill-gotten money to Tanikella Bharani.And Bharani is said to have invested them in various properties in and around Hyderabad in hos own name. The police are investigating the matter and said that if need they would arrest Bharani soon.
