They have tied up 'United HealthCare ' of USA ..you will get United HealthCare Insurance ID card which is accepted almost at all US hospitals

 

You have icici lombard/icici banks in almost every city in India and can get customer service issues addressed easily (incase of any claims)

Don't take form online companies that do not have physical office in India or US
