I have few questions on H1…. Currently nenu part time CPT lo unna(only 20 hrs work cheyali/week)..kani job 40 hrs chestunna… employer 'x' ki nenu december varaku work chesa(40 hrs on OPT) and ippudu 20 hrs cheyali ante vadi sister company 'y' nundi run chesta annadu and H1 ki company 'x' ye apply chestadi..H1 ki apply chese appudu 3 months pay checks ivvali kada ..vere company nundi 20hrs ke run avtadi apply chesetappudu..any problems bcoz of different company applying for H1 and pay roll is only for 20 hrs ?


F1 to H1 change chese appudu Change of status ki apply cheyali ani telusu..adi nenu separate ga cheyala? employer H1 application tho chesestada? and IF H1 vachi COS(change of status) deny cheste immediate ga stamping ki vellala? leka H1 vachaka(October) lo vellala stamping ki?

ma Friend gadu employer X nundi last year H1 apply chesadu, deny ayyindi and MTR apply chesadu but no result so far…okavela malli ye year vadu H1 apply cheste through same employer, MTR cancel cheyinchi kotta H1 apply cheyala? lekapote MTR ala vadilesi…Kotta H1 apply cheyocha same employer tho…

Your valuable suggestions will be appreciated bros...

opt tarvatha cpt enti? or lese 2nd masters aa?if ur cpt allows only 20 hrs and ur getting paid 20 hrs it should not be a problem......paystubs ivvali kaani its justa proof that ur doing the job and getting paid....daanini vadu check cheyyachu cheyyakapovachu depends on case by case...

 

 

Manam em cheyyanavasram ledhu....employer documentation lo mention chesthadu.....needhi cpt aithe cpt,h4 or opt ...which ever ur cuurrent status is...yes vellali i think u can do mtr but im not sure......if u have status until oct u can stay or else nee h1 start ayye time ki u shud cross the country and get stamped...
