i used to pay 130 in BCBS most of the hospitals covers 

try to put more deductble it will reduce the premium

manam hospital ki antha regular ga vellamu kada and moreover it will cover all vccinations and shots

According to me I found Birla Sun Life health insurance to be the best. They have host of plans such as annuity plan, money back policy,child investment plan and tax saving plans in india. They have very reasonable premiums compared to others in the market.
