pinky123 Posted January 21, 2014 Report Posted January 21, 2014 FTE: Pros job security is higher you are looked as part of the company rather than a temporary staff...this might be helpful in some ways more paid holidays (depending on the company) :D reimbursement for things like certifications, conferences and higher studies better chance for allowance to work remotely once in a while better benefits than contracting no frequent travelling depending on the job Cons might get stuck in same project for years if you dont like your manager there is not much you can do :P lesser salary hikes (depending on the company) normally lesser salary contracting Contracting: Pros opposite of cons from above CITI_c$y Cons opposite of pros from above CITI_c$y
