What To Do If You Have A Gap In Your Career ?

After graduating with an M.S degree, I came back to hyderabad to take care of my family business. After 4 years, I have decided to move on and get back to software industry. Now how do I get an IT job after a gap of 4 years ?

4 yrs out of touch in software bhayya.....technical skills nil....exp pedithe ela manage cheyali.....as u know India lo team lead, project manager pindestaaru....its not easy....fresher gaa aina join avvadaniki ready.....but they wont even call for an interview if you are not 2013/2014 passout.

I will suggest to choose a field and start doing certifications


Otherwise join as faculty in eng colleges

okka technology edaina choose chesukoni.. get trained again to brush your concepts and give certification if possible.. try to aim for smaller companies in the beginning and then work your way up.. pedda companies ayite fresher ga etc... problem avochu kani smaller companies koncham lenient ga untayi emo
