For example, a doctor’s office visit might have a copay of $30. The copay for an emergency room visit will usually cost more, such as $150. However, there is a maximum amount you will pay for coinsurance and copays. This is called the coinsurance and copay maximum.

US health care is a complex model man.... You need to 1st understand your "Summary of benefits" document and terms like "copay", "coinsurance" and "deductible".

copay anedhi just nuvvu doctor ni visit chesinandhuku charge chesedhi....apart from that neeku treatment ki ayye bill veru untadhi neeku kuda ts laga deductable takkuva unte...i think insurance cover chesthundhi anukunta....
