Hi Folks,

yavarana complete GC process chepputhara....i have few qs:

• Gc apply cheyataneke
  1. do i need to work to emp a and emp a only should file my GC ?
  2. can i work to emp b and emp a can file my GC?
   
• Do i need to be in USA for sure in the entire process?
  Is there a stage that i can go to india for good and still have process going on.

 

Please suggest, may be little awkward, but have a situation like this..

Any employer can file GC for you. You need to be in US and/or paying taxes to get the process done...
