You can get your w2 form in many ways.

 

1. employer 

 

- if he does't give you can ask your current lawyer to give a call to old employer.

 

2. call IRS to get W2 Copy

 

3. visit nearest IRS office.

 

 

Don't worry even if u dont get 2013 year W2......you can file tax returns in two years for the year 2013.

 

On the side note, u can contact ADP support team to send you W2 form.

you can call IRS and ask for copy and even say employer not giving ani...

 

mi employer company ne sue chestadu ...BY LAW they should provide w2 irrespective of good or bad terms by Feb 1st

 

 

Naku oka company to same prob ayindi in 2010...vadu ippadiki i neevr worked ani cheptadu bg verification lo but vadu kuda mailed me w2 when i asked him at that time
