Only conflict.. no onsite pay.. Only Indian Pay.. onsite. expenses paid { like this many dollars per day } or . company paid expenses undelaa chusukovaali.. If you want to earn a lot of money .. B1 is not the right step.. but adbvantage. if youa re able to make Good conenctiosn. you cna always transfer to a new job which can apply a new H1 for you... once you come here..

Adhey B1 Visa antey.. you will be visitng on Client's needs. and the Client won;t apy you directly,. You are on aBusiness Trip.. Client and Employer will have a deal in the country you are coming from.. Your Employer wil lpay you in yourhome country.. on your regualr pay scale in India.. and all your expenses in the Visitiing country {US} will be re-imbursed in India and all your day to day expenses also reimbursed or paid in advance depends on your company policy.. US lo no SSN on B1 Visa.. so no pay roll simply..
