try cheyyi man, i think there shuld b no issues, oka friend alane chesadu but athaniki gc undi, hr vocchi i don wanto hire u but managers strong ref undi ani cheppindi anta, another friend same situ, but ee yr h1 aithe kanee cheppalemu.. personally i think it all depends on two issues, one how imp u r as a resource to the company, say one or two projects without u they think its a big impact, then they will do it, second how gud u have blended with the full timers der, jus my openion, ATB
