DOL will investigate your employer based on what you file, if found guilty of violating the provisions of the H-1B program by paying less than what is stated on LCA, DOL can order your employer to pay you the money they owe you

as a matter of fact, ne pay will be always greater than what is mentioned on LCA. so complaint ichina no use i believ, since employer will have proofs of paying you what you are suppossed to be paid.

Ee DOL kuda lazy people, they may not act just based on simple complaint. They first investigate and then see if the complaint is real or fake

In my case, by the time they investigated, the employer closed the office and jump to India.
