Bhiyya nenu ft job chesthunna..monnane h1b start iyndi...already india lo stamping kuda iyndi...contracting ki veldham ankntna...malli stamping ki vellala?? e ques chala sarlu forum lo adugutaru but stamping iyyaka employer change iyyi india vellochina vallunte knchm ping here..Very confusing..

oka saari stamping padina taruvatha malli stamping avasaram leedu unless it expires. 

 

ee gap lo enni sarlu aina entha mandi employers aina change avvachu. All you need is a valid new i797 document in port of entry. 

 

 

 

naaku elaga telusu antey ....  nenu same category nunchi vachanu last may lo.  So,    all the best and employer details emanna kavalantey PM me.

Change of Employer
(CT:VISA-1041; 09-26-2008)
a. After changing H-1B employers in accordance with DHS procedures for
making such a change, an H-1B visa holder may continue to use his or
her original H-1B visa for entry into the United States. Upon applying for
entry, the visa holder must present the new Form I-797, Notice of Action,
evidencing the approval of the change of employer in addition to the visa.
