Extension filed on Aug 1st 2013....still initial review......attorney called USCIS and they told that Back ground check is going on.....so is there any one who got it approved after background check done?...or any other info please share....

up to 240 days varaki work cheyyachu.....but leaving country i dont think so...he shud stop working
