when they are in initial review for new H1 extension.....they have a limit of 240 days to work?

 

I thought we can work as long as H1 extension is not cancelled .............

 

Clarify ..pls friend is in same stage.....it is initial review for more than 3 months i guess

Case process loo vunte 240 days vundavachu anni vundi so no problem anukunta.. may be within month you may get man..

I hope RFE vachedi ayite ipatiki vachi vundali anni na peeling.. ma dosthu gadu expired in dec mid.. got approval just 7 days back..(vadu july end lo chesadu extnsion ki) hope neku vastundi anni na peeling
