Masters will have 2nd lottery mixed with general quota applications....

 

if you get more applications in MS  quota the less chances of picking in 20k+ 65k CAP quota....

 

that is what if 35k vs 40 k in MS quota matters....

 

if 40k applications for MS quota ...50% probability chances ...then left over 20k mixed with rest general quota applications and picked in lottery....

 

if 35k applications for MS quota ....> 50% probability chances....

But 5k in 20k Ms quota is 25% ...matters a lot in lottery chances of picking up....

Probability chances is crucial...to number of filings...
