Sep 30 varaku f1 medhe untam kadha so July lo alaga indi a velli Aug kalla venaki tirigi ravacha f1 medhaa

H1 lo oka i 94 untadii.....and manam india velli tirigi vachaka verre i 94 untadii kadhaaaa...mari elaa apudu ?

Hi,

 

As per my knowledge, you can go to India. 

 

If you have your F1 visa till Sept 30th then it wouldn't be an issue. Your change of status will come into picture from Oct 1st onwards so i 94 won't be a problem.

 

One of my friend, she is on H4 till Sept 30th 2014 but she had applied for her H1 in 2013 and she got to know her approval in June 2013 then she planned a one month trip to India from Aug 16th 2013 - Sept 22nd 2013.

 

She returned back on H4, she didn't have any immigration problems and her change of visa happened on Oct 1st 2013.

but u need to make sure that ur opt status is valid for atleast 6 months to reenter into US before ur h1 start date
