Pakkane Pepboys undi. Akkada chupincha, vaddu em annadu ante, Hole Koncham Side ki padadhi so this cannot be repaired or applied a patch, U need to replace a new tire ani annadu.. 

I don't think there is a nail or anything else Punched to tire, Defective Tire anukunta.
