Hyderabad: TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu today alleged that the Congress was playing games on the issue of bifurcation of the State. Naidu lambasted the state government for preventing him from speaking in the Assembly on the T bill.

Expressing concern over denying him an opportunity to speak in the Assembly during the debate on Telangana Bill, Naidu reminded that he was chief minister of the State for nine years and also functioned as Leader of the Opposition twice. But no opportunity was given to him to speak on the issue as Leader of the Opposition. “Is it not the responsibility of the Speaker and the government to allow me to speak”, he asked. Alleging that the Congress high command was orchestrating Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy on the issue of bifurcation, the TDP chief said the CM, Deputy CM and APCC president Satyanarayana jointly prepared the road map for bifurcation of the State.
