Tg Bill Rejected Or Cm's Resolution Passed ?

The speaker said that the discussions on TG bill is completed and took up CMs resolution to 'send back the bill'  and declares it has been moved with majority !

 

Technically only the CM's resolution is won and NOT the bill is defeated

 

The speaker never said that the voting is moved on TG bill ..it was only on CM's resolution !
