What are the current most general requirements of women these days for love/friendship/marriage?

 

I think the following points can be on the top of the list. Would love to know all of your points and views:-

 

1. Has to be a 'true man'. Means he can handle things independently. Knows about financial/sexual/emotional areas of life and can handle day to day issues.

2. Has to own vehicle(s) of his own. No woman will travel in a public transport for dating/travelling/shopping etc.

3. Should have time to go to work, vehicular maintenance, bank/insurance related work, gas/water/electricity issues & bill payment etc.

4. Should know how to take care of himself and family. Women are not there for cooking and no man has married a girl to be his servant. Hence, he should have enough money to feed himself from take-out food and his family.

5. Should preferably own his own house or live separately atleast. Who wants the guys family to hear sex noises or interfere in fights etc.

6. Has to earn atleast 60k-1 lakh a month. His money will be used for livelihood and if girl wants to work, her earning will go into her bank investments or shopping.

7. Has to be atleast 5 '10 and presentable. More fat = more zeros in his earning.

 

These come to mind of the top of my head. What are the other requirements that are a must on the list?

 

(BTW not generalizing but ive seen even the most hideous (inside and out) creature of women have such demands in their heads. They may be going out with their tuition friend but thats just timepass. Women are out on the journey to find 'true man'.)

some you mention might be a little exaggerated... 

but still if a girl deny this comepletely she is definitely lying... or just want to appear like a best woman in the world!!
