Opt-H1B-Gc Process-Need Suggestions

Hi All,

 

I am  on OPT which will end on june 2015.....

 

1.I am planning to go to India this year end as i a have F1-visa till 2016, will i run into any issues if i travel on OPT.

2. planning to apply to H1-b in 2015, will that be a good choice or give a try this year.

3.which is the best time to start GC process.

4.I am  currently under desi employer, are these any chances companies hire for full-time and file H1b & GC.

1. i dont see any issues.

2. depends on ur luck tooo. as the number of applications increasing, i would suggest u to apply this year. if it does not pick up in the lottery, u will have another chance to apply.

3. first focus on h1b. there is ample of time to think about GC

4. there are lakhs of indian folks working full time in many companies. i guess u got the answer
