I think you meant 371-d and 371-e, when you say amendments...which are specific to our state

 

371-d  - Enables central govts role in state administartion to create local areas within AP.

371-e  - To set up university of Hyderabad, a central university.

But, neither of these laws restrict or modify or prohibit central govt right to define or modify state geography. So simple majority is adequate.

 

Correct me if there are any other amendments....

371 d won't apply to both the states after u divide.... U need to do amendments
