H1B - Consultancy - Please Help

Hi Friends, My close friend is working in an IT company in Hyd, INDIA as a UNIX administrator and he is planning to apply H1-B this year from a Michigan based consultancy ( Spiders Software Solutions llc) . He is really struggling very hard since many years and wanted to try this option this year.

 

So does any know about this consultancy and how their approval rate is?

 

I checked in MyVisaJobs.com and i can see many applications got denied ( approximately 20).

So wanted to check if any one from DB is an employee of this consultancy or know about this consultancy better?

 

 

Also if you know any good consultancies who can apply H1-B for people in INDIA, Please suggest?
