I guess vadi peru Shekhar anukunta right..?? chinna company and direct clients takkuve anukunta, maredi edo manchi employer daggaraki maru man.

Bhayya, Not worth to move to Anblicks for H1 transfer. Look for a good one. Tecreos, Sri Anjaneya Technologies, Anblicks anni chinna vi and kalisi work chestayi with these names. Sekhar, Satish, Fayaz, Balaram...ila chala mandi working people gurinchi telusu. OPT ki aitey ok gaani not sure for H1 transfer.

Desi consulting companies ki direct clientsaaaa?? That's a myth.. nee own projects nuvvu vetukkune satta unte consulting lekapote fulltime better. .

In my experience small companies like <50 are better than big companies. Big companies lo you are 1 in 200 so they don't care about you. Oka mail pampiste one week wait cheyyali response kosam..
