naaku yendukooo.. Congress naatakaalu aaduthodi anipistondi..

TG bill next Govt. ki vellela plan chestondi..... blame BJP & others meeda thosundi...

so that TG lo Congress safe.. SA lo kooda safe gane vuntundi...BJP, TDP & other will get very less seats.

TRS will get mejority in TG, which will merge with Congress...

 

On the whole ... as usual  Congress,,,,,, migatha parties ni thokkesi.... raajakiyyam naduputhundi....

either today or tomarrow, TG has to get separeated... by the way...

So.. at this time... Congress is week, when compared to BJP so.. there is a doubt for next cong govt...

Hence push headaches to BJP govt and don't let them cousin to play good governance..

So that demoralize people about BJP and gain government again by calling mid term elections...

Bowenpally lo around 3000 per sft unnayi apts..used and old ones inka cheap lo vastunnayi around 2600/sft
Aadibatla and Ibrahimpatnam are the best bets right now as prices still very low there and that area has good potential for rapid growth bcoz of the IT compaines and govt projects that started there

Apartments konali ante Hafeezpet is a good bet to invest in as it is very close to hitech city (~5 kms) and prices are very reasonable..
Price have gone up pretty good in last one year compared to 2012 in areas like B hills, J hills, Shaikpet, Gachibowli areas..
Just came back from india vacation and done enuf research there..so just sharing my inputs
