Dudue I am from SA too but dont expect things to fall down in Hyd after seperation..
TG seperation is a big loss to SA but not for TG. Hyd if not best, it is a well developed city with amazing infra for roads and connectivity..
Real estate in Hyd is even lower than mid range cities in India where as Hyd is the best infra compared to any big cities..so only expect to turn things around in better way once the confusion is clear about the state division..
This is the besttt time to invest in Hyd..there is not a single reason for the market to go down if TG forms

Its not only telangana........ its double damaka for AP............ On one side T issue and other side Indian economic crash.......... ippudu GDP growth athi kastam meeda 5% undi............. Real estate will only will pick up once GDP growth reaches 8-9% growth again........... until then ilage untadi........... Idi 3-5 yrs easy gaa pattochu............ this is with BJP forming stable government.......... Modi need to make big changes in infrastructure and FDI policies lekapothe kastam.

It is effort of over 40+ years for hyd to reach where is it today..It would take another 15 years atleast for any city in SA to reach the level of Hyd where it is today..

Aadibatla and Ibrahimpatnam are the best bets right now as prices still very low there and that area has good potential for rapid growth bcoz of the IT compaines and govt projects that started there
