Hi

 

have any of you done farming in usa.  I want info about how to find the farm land and what is the process to follow.

 

We are a group of ten families . so thought couple of acres of vegetable might be a good idea.

 

so what say guys.  would be a nice relaxation and fun too.

 

I am a farmers son.

Main problem here is weather support.......half of the country (may be more) will have mild to extreme cold weather...so only summer lo pandinchukovali....orlese go to Florida/Arizona/Texas/Calif etc...

Most of the crops are corn which are used to produce ethanol

Sikh Farmers in California

In Yuba-Sutter County, Sikh farmers account for:

95% of the peach farming
60% prune farming 
20% almonds & walnut

In the Bakersfield & Fresno area 20% of the table grapes are grown by Sikh farmers.
