system soft technologies Tampa FL is a big company and decent, they are totally by the rules,The owner Mr Sridhar
a nice person. many of my friends are working.

Profit Sharing Term Sheet

 

·      You will be working as a fulltime employee on H-1. You will be paid your offered Base wage (BW) of $70,000/year or higher biweekly immediately after you start the project. If your LCA prevailing wage (PW) is higher than this, you will be paid this wage.

·      In addition, you are also entitled for profit sharing/performance incentives (Incentive) based on the revenues generated through your services and performance.

·      Your maximum incentive is calculated as follows: The difference between the revenue generated through your services and the Cost to the company (Cost) is your maximum incentive. Cost is calculated as follows: Company will take a ‘Net Admin’ fee of $8/hr. There will be a 10% cost for the ‘employer taxes’. These ‘employer taxes’, will be deducted from the billing to compute your gross salary in addition to the ‘Net admin’ fee.

·      The difference between your percentage share and BW/PW will be paid once Company receives payment from the vendor. Sample Calculation is attached.

·      We will file your H-1 at our cost and if you have H-4 dependents, you will be responsible for $300 for H-4 application filing fees. iTech will not pay any Premium processing Fee of $1,225, if applicable.

·      All other moving and other expenses to be borne by you, the contractor. These costs can be deducted before taxes.

·      You may start your green card process immediately after joining the company.

·      Company has already has a corporate immigration attorney, you may use only this attorney, and no other attorney will be allowed to protect the existing green card processes of our present employees.

·      Green Card: If you choose to have your Green card processed, there are no charges to any employee for completing the labor certification. Company will deduct a total of  $2,500 during the course of the rest of the green card process in 3-4 installments. Total of atty. Fees for I-140 and 485 will be $2,500.00 (there is no fees for labor filing). In addition, there will be additional Green Card expenses such as 140 and 485 filing fees, which you will incur over a period of time. Ask for further details.

·      Company has a group health insurance policy, you can enroll in this at your expense, if you require one. Benefits for the health insurance policy are excellent, $500 deductible, 90% in Network coverage, $20 Office Visit co-pay. Insurance costs are approximately $250 for single, $785 for employee & spouse, $985 for family with kids per month (until June 30, 2012). All insurance costs can be deducted before taxes.

·       Any work related expenses (non-commuting) can be deducted before taxes.

·       Contractor can also enroll in Dental coverage at your expense. Dental premiums are Single - $25.55/m, Emp+1: $51.09/m, Family: $81.51/month.

If you know anyone please IM me mama.. Naa close friend gaadu choostunnadu trnsfr kosam.. Vaadi current employer gaadu 2 months ki oka saari pay istunnadu. Phone chesina no response.. Email cheste one week ki answer.. Chaala frustrate aipoyaadu veedu.. urgent gaa maarali ani choostunnadu..

usual ga aithe h1 either 50-50 or sometimes manam matlade dani batti full pay chestaru

GC antava...i don't think so....maname pettukovali....but give it a try
