American doctor echina salaha don't eat american food, eat Indian food that's very healthy and has lot of fiber and avoid white rice ani. Last lo annadu " Indians know how to eat, we never know" ani ha ha ha.

Controlled diet kuda theeskovali
Go to gym atleast 4 times a week, day lo 1hr time undanantha busy em lemu manam, do not neglect physical exercise

naku colon lo unde bhayya pain kompa teesi cancer emo ani bhaya padda symptoms chuste alane unde but luckily its just spasm. Mediataion and yoga practice cheyyali 70-80% of the diseases ravu. Anukovadame kani practice kudaratledu..

moreover non veg thinna just boil it and eat...dont fry it too much...take fish, salmon instead of chick/mutton
