Baa...Call customer care  1 866 243 4357... they will give correct information. As per my knowledge it can be used in any country where internet (with good bandwidth) is available...you can use in germany as well ...i called once and found the same information from customer care...good luck..

Baa...US lo friends vuntee...they can send thru Vonage...vonage vaadu postal charges pettukoni pamputhaadu....but you should have one friend. If your USA friend has vonage connection then he can ask another line for you as a relative....they will charge less for you ...if your friend says that you  are his relative (like family person).. if i get sometime today...i will call them and let you know baaa...

As you have your brother here, he has to Signup a 1 year contract with his SSN Number, your brother has to use payment method acceptabel in US with a US address, you can use it anywhere int he world without any issues

it will cost you 20$ for 6 months now and later 33$ per months for the rest 6 months includes taxes, 911 fees etc

it has a 1 year contract period, if you cancel within 1 year, you will be paying 40$ early termination fees

you might experience some issues with router setup, but those can be fixed easily by troubleshooting
