Connect To Personal Pc From Office

Guys any one know a tool or a website that allows us to connect to personal PC at home ?

Basically naa office lo Old technology use chesthunnaru.. OS is XP, all 2000 IDEs and frameworks...
and naa office system 2 GB RAM, 40 HDD. new things yemi install chesinaa it becomes very slow, new things almost all require 64 bit system right...

I have good enough PC, at but office lo Teamviewer lantivi use cheyyanivvatledu, i can install teamviewer in my office system but they said do not connect systems that are outside firewall.
