what biceps exercises are u doing man ? how many types ? what flow & order ? how many reps ? doing procedure.....etc all depends man.....

do these in order man.. 3-4 sets : 10-12 reps....start with low weight & per every set increase weights by 5 lbs. after last set (3rd or 4th), take light weight dumbell & do 10-12 reps..another set to free up muscle.....

if energy & time permits.... & once u get some experience in weight training.. do incline dumble curls........ very very very effective...... but make sure u can manage both sides equally..... 

 

NOTE: if you want curve ball on biceps..then lift the weights till your fist touches ur chin........ if just muscle, stop the rep at 90 degrees to 180 degree.

Bro everything u said is 100 % true, ee beer concept konchum cheappu I am not sure about this 

 

Beer main sannaga unna valla kosamey... adi taagadam valla bulky avutharu n muscle strengthen avuthayi.. at d same time proper workout undali... sannaga unna vallu tvaraga muscle gain chyelanukuney vallu maatram 1glass beer compulsory. more over beer lo silicon content ekkuva, so adi bones kuda manchidi....   kani laavuga unna vallu taagithey adi fat la convert ayyey chance undi, saggu stomach vachey chance kuda undi..

 

so beer is for slim people. ledu laavuga unna vallu kuda taagutham antey maatram workouts chala chala heavy ga cheyali..   abs workout kuda baaga cheyali...
