1st thing is that 1 or 2 months lo body vacheyali anukokudadhu.....
nuvu atleast 3months chesthey appudu nee body oka basic muscle building level ki vasthadi. Aa tarvatha nee workouts valla muscle formation n bodyshape vastadi.

Best timmings for gym is evng bhayya ndukantey yeppudaina muscle paina strain pettinappudu they need rest to reenergize. So manam evng workout chesaka protein shake teesko, half n hr tarvatha dinner chey with chicken or eggs and then go to sleep. So nuvu padukunna aa time lo nuvu teesukunna protein shake valla nee muscle rebuild avuddi n nuvu teesukunna food direct ga nee muscle building ke use avuddi, so body growth fast untadi evng lo.
