Hi,

 

I am planning to invite my parents to USA on visitor’s visa. For this when I searched in online I found some important documents which I am not aware of, need to submit at usa consulate [1]. May I know from where I get these forms.

No need of that documents etc...just use these...

 

Manaside nundi :

H-1b status copy (I-797) 
Invitation letter for Parents (requesting them to visit)
Invitation letter for Consulate (stating that you are calling them for visit)
Seperate I-134 forms for Mom and Dad.. (samples in Immihelp)
Mee passport all pages copies
Salary certificate or Paystubs for the past 6 months.. 
Employment verification letter (say from manager or HR) signed by them
mee H-1 visa copy
ssn copy
bank statements for the past 5-6 months (copy)
I-94 copy
mee company ID card dhi copy and/or Buisiness card ivvandi
w-2 copies (pettukunte better)
tax returns past 2 years (pettukunte better)
birth certificate (optional)


inka DS-160 forms seperate ga fill cheyyandi for mom and Dad.. 


List for you parents.. : 

passport first and last pages copy
dad/ mom salary certificate or payslips
bank statements for the past 6 months or more 
mee assets/flats sale deeds ni notary seyyinchadam estimate ni.. naak telisi inthaku minchi inkeem avasaram leevu.. 

ask me if you have more kochens.. all the very best.. it should be easy..
