Just read about how he built the world first cloud based commercial service ZOHO with students from normal engineering colleges in Tamilnadu. Many of these first employees are now making a fortune after leaving to work for his competitors. Still he's going around recruiting students from normal engineering colleges. my point is not who is talented or not. There are great people in Seemandhra too as I have pointed out Raj Reddy, Yellapragada Subbarao etc. But these things rarely come into limelight beacuse AP guys are less into administration. Tamilians get away by killing Rajiv Gandhi but PV Narasimha Rao name will be removed from text books for corruption. Because of some hoopla with Tg issue some there is some popularity to Andhra Pradesh now. Once again note that I am not describing a race ... but the influence of a region on administration

Hyd was the capital of a large state with good resources, and was governed very well over the years, like you said compared to almost all other states in India. Whether it can be replicated in a smaller state is interesting. But a long coastline is a great advantage. yeah, I agree there are some exceptional SA industrialists
