my wifes h1 was last year cap..and she got rfe ...as soon as she entered the u.s.a on h4 , we repond to rfe and h1 got approved...and now filed for amendment...can any one have an idea ..how many days does to take for amendment result...

ok and i asked my employer to file in premium process..and he spoke to attorney,,,,they are saying it will jus take 2-4 weeks and there's no need for premium process...and i don't know how it works....

 

 

so we can't go for premium if application under process..?
